1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website provided by ViGrise Technology ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use this website.

Important Notice: These Terms of Service apply only to this website. ViGrise Technology offers various products and services (such as ViGrise Platform and other software solutions), each of which has its own separate Terms of Service, End-User License Agreements (EULAs), or Service Agreements with specific terms and conditions. When you use any of our other services or products, you must read, understand, and agree to the specific terms applicable to that service. These terms do not govern the use of those separate services.

ViGrise Technology provides software development, cloud solutions, machine learning, cybersecurity services, and related technology consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all custom software and solutions developed for clients remain the intellectual property of ViGrise Technology until full payment is received and ownership is explicitly transferred.

5. Payment Terms

If you purchase services from us, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fees. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• Our services or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViGrise Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViGrise Technology, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of service provision. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
